Sealed bids will be received by Northumberland County Weatherization at the office of the Northumberland County Controller, 399 Stadium Drive, Sunbury, PA 1780. Outside of Sealed Envelope should be clearly marked “Home HVAC System Repair and Replacement Work” for the Northumberland County Weatherization Program until Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM, at which time and place all bids will be opened publicly.
