Biography

• Lifelong resident of Northumberland County. Grew up in the Shamokin-Coal Township Area.
• Graduated from St. Edward Elementary School.
• Graduated from Shamokin Area High School in 1972.
• Member of football team, track team, basketball team, National Honor Society, Varsity Club & mixed chorus.
• Graduated from Lycoming College in 1976 with a degree in Sociology and Elementary education.
• Member of Lycoming College football team
• Taught at the Shamokin Area School District for 36 years.
• PSEA Teachers Union President for 6 years and Vice President for 1 year.
• Coached football for 36 years. Head Coach at Shamokin Area & Milton High School.Assistant at Shamokin, Shikellamy, Lourdes.
• Coached basketball & track at Shamokin.
• Member of Mother Cabrini Catholic Church.
• Member at the Fairview Gun Club for 21 years.
• Married to the former Kathleen Kasinowski and have 3 children
