Sealed Proposals will be received by the County of Northumberland at the office of the Northumberland County Controller, Mr. Chris Grayson, 399 Stadium Drive, Sunbury, PA 17801. Outside of Sealed Envelope should be clearly marked  “Collection of Delinquent Per Capita Taxes” for the collection of delinquent per capita taxes levied by Northumberland County. Proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time on Thursday, July 20, 2023 and publicly opened in the Northumberland County Administration Building at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 20,2023.
