Appeals
Real estate valuation and tax exemption appeals can be made in the Assessment Bureau. Real estate appeals require the payment of a processing fee.
Applications
Copies of the following applications can be obtained from the Assessment Bureau:
- Homestead/Farmstead Exclusion
- Real Estate Appeal
- Real Estate Taxation Exemption
- Occupational Assessment Appeal
All of these applications can be completed on site, or returned by mail or fax.
Faxes
Property record cards and portions of tax maps can be faxed for a fee. Requests must be submitted by fax and must include billing information. Deeds cannot be requested by fax.
Parcel Extracts
Parcel information can be extracted from the Assessment Bureau database digitally and compiled, on a medium or sent electronically, for a fee.
