Homestead/Farmstead Exclusion
The Homestead/Farmstead Exclusion (Act 1) application must be filed with the Assessment Bureau no later than March 1 of the open Act 1 year. Applications can be returned in person or mailed to the Assessment Bureau. Applications postmarked after March 1 of the open Act 1 year will be held over until processing begins for the next eligible year. Download the form here

Occupational Assessment Appeal

Catastrophic Loss
The Catastrophic Loss Real Estate Appeal application must be filed with the Assessment Bureau within the remainder of the county fiscal year in which the catastrophic loss occurred or within six months of the date on which the catastrophic loss occurred, which ever period is longer. Real Estate Appeal

Mobile Home/Lease Appeals
Residential
Commercial
